Hello again! I know I have introduced myself through my website but there is much more to my lifetime story than what I have already shared. I share a lot through social media about personal life experiences, but I wanted to create a space here to share more vulnerably and for this content to reach those who it is intended to reach. I also love to write and create! In this space, you can expect to learn, be inspired, find community, and receive hope. As I grow, I intend to share what I learn, to heal and to inspire others. I have come to know now that a part of my mission and purpose is to aid in healing humanity and reconnect us to the richness of life! Such topics that I will write about will include meditation, breathwork, yoga, cannabis medicine, herbal medicine, functional medicine, holistic wellness, mental health and well-being, connection & community, and nutrition. I tried to cover it all in that sentence but you never know, there may be more! As a cancer, I feel all the emotions, empathize, love to connect deeply, and am forever dreaming!
