Last weekend something beautiful transpired and I shall share! If you share similarities with me you may, set high expectations of yourself or feel like you never get enough done by the end of the week, you're hard on yourself, and may not always feel fulfilled by the end of the week with your progress, or your focus and inner dialogue gets stuck on what didn’t get done. We can shift that energy, raise our vibration, and give ourself the love and compassion we are worthy of. ...Pause, redirect that energy, change that inner dialogue, find compassion for yourself, and celebrate yourself at the end of each week. This standing meditation will allow you to do so.
